Planning and vendors
Catering comes from a shortlist of five fictional kitchens who know the service route. Everything else — florals, photography, music, planning — is entirely open.
A venue manager is included with every package and runs the site, the timeline and the vendor load-in. That is not the same as a full-service planner, and above 120 guests we would encourage one.
From 9am on the day for The Long Table and The Morning Garden, and from Friday noon for The Whole Estate.
Yes — one hour on the smaller package, two on The Long Table, and the whole Friday evening on The Whole Estate.
The day itself
The Glass Hall is held as a rain plan at no extra cost, and the call is made at noon by your venue manager so you never have to make it.
Amplified music ends at 11pm and is capped at 92dB, set by the agricultural boundary to the north. Acoustic sets on the terrace can run later.
Candles yes, in glass, everywhere except the oak canopy. Sparklers and open flame send-offs are not permitted on the grounds.
Every ceremony and dining space is reachable step-free, with accessible restrooms in the Glass Hall and beside the terrace. Full notes are listed on each space.
