A note on vendor meals
Feed your photographer at the same time as your guests. This is the whole article.
Your photographer, planner, band and coordinator will be on their feet for eleven hours. They should eat, and they should eat when you eat.
Not afterwards, in a corridor, from a cold box. At the same time as the room — because the twenty minutes while guests are eating is the only twenty minutes nothing photographable happens.
Feed them late and you will lose the first dance to a photographer with a sandwich.
